"College Counselor?" or "College Admissions Counselor?"

I'm generally referred to as a "college counselor." Many interpret that to mean that my focus is "college admissions," and while that's true to an extent, it's not the real point of what I work to help students achieve. Yes, I'm thrilled when students are admitted to college. I'm happier, though, when I hear how well they're doing after they take on the challenges of their right-fit colleges and succeed. That's what success as a "college counselor" means to me.
