Paragraph Text is primarily Open Sans size 16 in dark blue (#OC3C60).  It is dark blue instead of black because black can be harsh on the eyes.  Space between lines is 1.4 giving readers more visual space than single spacing. Occasionally we italicize a word, and links to web pages and outside links are in bold.

This style is used for all of the main paragraphs such as the introduction and CPC Philosophy on the Home Page and the Work with Pamela section.
